Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnappySnag platform, APIs, dashboard, and SDKs ("Service"), operated and provided by ENONE Inc. ("Operator", "Provider"). By registering for an account, installing the SDK, or using any part of the Service, you ("User", "Developer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1Acceptance and Modifications

These Terms apply to all interactions between the User and the Service (and its Operator). The Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this site. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2Account Registration, Security & Collaboration Seats

  • Account Security & Password Protection: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords. You may not share individual account credentials with third parties.
  • Authentication Safeguards & Bot Protection: To protect user accounts and platform integrity, authentication flows (including account creation, sign-in, and password reset) are monitored and verified by automated bot defense mechanisms (Cloudflare Turnstile). Automated account creation, scripted registrations, credential stuffing, and brute-force attacks are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate IP rate-limiting, account suspension, or termination.
  • Team Collaboration & Role Permissions: Adding team members to a project must be performed using the built-in member invitation feature. Each collaborator must sign in with their own account. Collaboration seats are limited according to your active plan (Free: 1 owner only, Pro: up to 5 user seats). Invited members are assigned either a "Developer" or "Tester" role. Developers hold permissions to edit feedback details, update status/severity, toggle pin active states, manage GitHub Issue links, and trigger AI analysis using the shared project credit pool. Testers hold read-only permissions limited to reviewing reports, screenshots, and pins, downloading images, and replying in discussions; testers cannot modify tickets, alter status, toggle pins, create GitHub Issues, or consume project AI credits.

Section 3API Key Security & Package Name Lock

API Keys issued by the Service must be secured inside your application builds. To prevent unauthorized spoofing or quota abuse, API Keys automatically lock to the first-seen application package name (Bundle ID). The developer remains solely responsible for preventing key exposure.

Section 4: AI Credits, Add-Ons & BYOK Policy

  • Monthly AI Credits: Plans include monthly credits for automated & manual AI diagnostics (Free Plan: 100 credits/month; Pro Plan: 5,000 credits/month). Each comprehensive AI analysis consumes 10 credits. Credits are pooled and shared across all active projects owned by the account owner, and may only be consumed by the Project Owner and designated Developer members (Tester members cannot trigger AI analysis or consume credits). Free plan credits refresh on the 1st of each calendar month; Pro plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Free monthly credits are limited to one allocation per user account per calendar month; deleting and re-registering an account within the same calendar month will not re-grant the monthly free allowance until the 1st of the next month.
  • Active Project Limits: The Free Plan permits up to 2 active projects (e.g. Staging & Production). The Pro Plan unlocks unlimited projects.
  • Purchased Add-On Credits: All users (regardless of Free or Pro tier) can purchase one-time additional credit packs (e.g. +500 Credits, +1,200 Credits). Purchased add-on credits never expire and roll over indefinitely. Add-on credits are only consumed after your monthly plan credit pool has been exhausted.
  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Users may configure their own Google Gemini API Key in project settings to bypass credit limits. Under BYOK mode, API quotas and costs are handled directly by your Google Cloud account, and zero SnappySnag credits are deducted.

Section 5: Fees, Billing, Free Trial, Refund Policy & Data Retention

1. Payment Processing: Subscription billing and one-time purchases are securely managed via the Service's Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Users agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy.

2. 7-Day Free Trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. During the trial, a fair-use limit of 30 AI analysis requests per rolling 24-hour window applies across your account.

3. Automatic Renewal & Subscription Cancellation: If not cancelled during the trial, subscriptions renew automatically at $19/month. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing period. Once a subscription period has commenced, fees are non-refundable and no prorated refunds are issued.

4. Refund Policy for Add-On Credits:

  • Consumable Digital Item: Additional AI Credits purchased as one-time packs are classified as consumable digital goods that are delivered and activated immediately upon purchase.
  • Unused Credits (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee): If you have not used any credits from the purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting support. Upon refund issuance via Lemon Squeezy, the associated credits will be automatically deducted from your account.
  • Used Credits (Non-Refundable): Once any portion of the purchased credits has been consumed, the purchase is strictly non-refundable due to the immediate digital fulfillment and consumption of AI computing resources. Any remaining credits never expire and remain available for future use.

5. Grace Period: If payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, a 14-day grace period is granted before collaborator access is restricted and historical data retention policies apply.

6. Data Retention & Report Caps:

  • Free Plan: 300 reports/month cap. Feedback logs & screenshots are deleted after 30 days (Note: screenshot URLs embedded in external services like GitHub Issues will also expire after 30 days. To retain images permanently, re-attach them directly on GitHub or download them with pin annotations or clean raw format via the dashboard).
  • Pro Plan: 3,000 reports/month cap. Indefinite retention while subscribed.

Section 6Prohibited Activities

When using the Service (including submitting bug reports, feedback messages, or chat comments), Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

  • (a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the SDK or server infrastructure;
  • (b) Execute automated denial-of-service, flooding attacks, or repetitive spam submissions;
  • (c) Attempt unauthorized bypass of rate limits, quotas, or authentication safeguards;
  • (d) Transmit or store malicious software, computer viruses, or harmful code;
  • (e) Transmit content that violates public order, morals, or contains obscenity or gratuitous violence;
  • (f) Defame, insult, harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users, developers, or third parties;
  • (g) Use the Service for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.

Section 7: Disclaimer on AI-Generated Code, Interactive Consultations & Suggestions

The Service provides automated bug diagnosis, code fix suggestions (Auto-Fix), interactive per-ticket AI consultation threads (Consultation Q&A), and version synchronization (Version 2/3 sync) utilizing artificial intelligence. Neither the Service nor its Operator guarantees the completeness, accuracy, security, or build-readiness of AI-generated code, conversational answers, or architectural recommendations.

Developers are strictly required to independently review, test, and validate any AI recommendations or conversational answers prior to deploying them into production codebases. The Service and its Operator are not liable for software bugs, data loss, build failures, or business interruptions resulting from the application of AI suggestions.

AI consultation threads are capped by a prescribed round limit (up to 10 rounds per ticket, up to v3), after which additional discussions are restricted. Synchronizing chat insights into new analysis versions (Version 2/3 creation) consumes designated AI credits.

Draft feedback data temporarily preserved in local device storage via the SDK's offline draft features remains solely under the physical and software control of the user's device. The Service and its Operator assume no liability or obligation for data recovery concerning the loss of local draft data resulting from operating system cache clearance, storage exhaustion, application uninstallation, or hardware malfunction.

Regarding pin annotations and synthesized image downloads, the Service and its Operator do not guarantee microscopic rendering precision or font parity across diverse browsers and operating systems, and shall not be liable for any discrepancies arising therefrom.

Regarding external notification integrations (such as Slack and Discord webhooks) configured within Project Settings, the Service and its Operator make no warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted, timely, or error-free delivery. The Service and its Operator assume no liability for notification delivery failures, delays, or garbled formatting resulting from third-party platform server outages (e.g. Slack Technologies, LLC or Discord Inc.), external API specification changes, platform rate limits, expired webhook URLs, or misconfigured destination endpoints. Developers remain solely responsible for managing the security, validity, and destination channel permissions of any configured webhook URLs.

Section 8Account Deletion, Data Self-Management & Re-registration Policy

  • User-Initiated Deletion: You may permanently delete your SnappySnag account at any time via the Account Settings ("Danger Zone") in your project dashboard.
  • Data Self-Management & Pre-Deletion Backup: Prior to initiating account deletion, users are solely responsible for saving necessary screenshot images to their local devices and exporting ticket notes and diagnostics (e.g., via GitHub Issue integration) to external environments.
  • Pre-Deletion Subscription Cancellation: If you have an active paid subscription (such as the Pro Plan), you are required to cancel your subscription prior to deleting your account via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or customer portal. Neither the Service nor its payment processor issues prorated refunds or credits for any remaining billing period upon account deletion.
  • Irreversible Effect of Deletion: Account deletion immediately and irreversibly destroys your account, all owned projects, API keys, team memberships, and captured feedback data. Recovering or restoring purged data post-deletion is impossible, and the Operator bears no liability for data loss resulting from user-initiated account deletion.
  • Prevention of Promotional Abuse & Re-registration Rules: Repeated creation and deletion of accounts for the purpose of accumulating one-time promotional benefits or resetting monthly free AI credits is strictly prohibited. To enforce fair use and prevent abuse, the Service maintains an anonymous cryptographic digest (HMAC-SHA256) of deleted accounts. When an account is re-created with the same email address in the same calendar month, the account will begin with zero (0) monthly free AI credits and will not receive free credits until the 1st of the following month. Users may still use all core dashboard features, add purchased credit packs, or configure Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) immediately.

Section 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive primary jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan.
